Bulgarian Limousine Service – Limousine Service & Airport Transfers

1. General

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided by Bulgarian Limousine Service (“we,” “us,” “our”) for limousine transportation and airport transfers.

1.2. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bookings

2.1. All bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or our online booking system.

2.2. A confirmation will be sent to the client upon successful booking.

2.3. Prices are based on information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for changes to itinerary, waiting time, or extra services.

3. Payments

3.1. Payment can be made by credit/debit card.

3.2. For private bookings, full payment is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed.

3.3. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing (email or text) to avoid charges.

4.2. Cancellation fees:

• More than 24 hours before pick-up: Full refund

• Less than 24 hours before pick-up: 50% of total fare

• No-show or less than 4 hours before pick-up: 100% of total fare

4.3. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

5. Waiting Time & Delays

5.1. For airport pick-ups, the first 60 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time are included in the price. Thereafter, waiting time will be charged or no-show.

5.3 For central bus/train station of the city you are arriving at, the first 30 minutes are free, after which waiting charges apply or no-show.

5.2. For non-airport/bus/train pick-ups, the first 15 minutes are free, after which waiting charges apply or no-show.

5.3. We monitor flight arrivals; however, we are not responsible for costs arising from delays beyond our control.

6. Passenger Conduct

6.1. Seatbelts must be worn at all times where fitted.

6.2. Smoking, illegal drugs, and unruly behavior are strictly prohibited.

6.3. The client will be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their party and fee charge will apply.

6.4 If passenger is drunk or under illegal drugs and misbehave, the ride will not be performed or stopped and no refund is applied to the passenger.

7. Luggage

7.1. The client is responsible for ensuring that their luggage is safely loaded and unloaded.

7.2. We are not responsible for loss or damage to luggage or personal items unless caused by our negligence.

7.3 Each passenger has the right of 1 big suitcase and 1 carry-on. If at presence at the pick-up location, the driver realize that there is more than the written above, additional luggage charge will be applied.

8. Liability

8.1. We shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

8.2. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the booking.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, accidents, government restrictions).

10. Amendments

10.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria.

11.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
